Here is a nifty event going on in Calgary pretty quick. Blixa Bargeld. Blixa has worked with huge acts such at Einstürzende Neubauten and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Blixa is a real artist when it comes to sound. Back in the day, he started making industrial with powerdrills and hydraulic equipment.

So good! I'm told that Ryllheim have racks of synthesizers, and that the acoustic, string and wind instruments are run through effects pedals etc. So they all trigger different distortion, voices etc.

This is going to be my favorite night ever (& the year is just beginning)!
