First, note on interaction: 95% of the time Hughes will have Gracia and Elysia nearby. He'll be around by himself more after the OH MY GOD MY WIFE AND KID ARE HERE thing wears off, but for the next few weeks, at least, he'll be around his girls as much as possible.
