Can someone please read this and tell me if it makes sense? I'm so mad I can't think straight. *sigh*

Please wait while we find an agent to assist you...
You have been connected to Amanda T.
Amanda T: Hi Shana! How may I help you?
Shana: I have a billing and service question and I
Shana: was wondering if you could help me.
Amanda T: I will be delighted to assist you with the questions you have.
Shana: Well I made a payment of $40 two days ago and now my acct has $130 added to it and my phone is off again.
Shana: What is going on?
Amanda T: I can certainly understand your concern regarding this Shana. For me to access your account, please provide the last four digits of your social security number for account verification.
Shana: ****
Amanda T: Thank you…One moment while I access and review your account…
Shana: Thank you.
Amanda T: Thank you for your patience....
Shana: It's okay. I understand these things take itme.
Amanda T: Upon review of your account, i can confirm within the month of Oct we had received seven payments totalling $100....
Shana: Okay. So I still need help to figure out why my phone is off yet again.
Amanda T: At this time, as the spending limit balance does include unbilled usage, there is are pending charges of $159.93. This in combination with the past due amount of $58.09 leave a total spending balance of $218.02. As your billing cycle has closed on the 28th, i am unable access the details regarding the pending charges. However, they will appear on your upcoming statement.
Amanda T: In the meantime, as the spending limit is $218.02, it will need to be brought under $150 to have service restored.
Shana: So what about the payment I made two days ago?
Shana: How does that factor in to this equation?
Shana: And there is no way I used $40 worth of service in two days.
Amanda T: The payment you had made two days ago of $20.00 had gone against your Sept amount due.
Shana: I paid $40 two days ago using two different cards.
Amanda T: Between the 27th and 28th had totalled $38.00. This had applied to the sept balance due as well.
Shana: Just to make sure that I am clear about the situation; to restore service I have to pay $68.02
Shana: to get service back.
Amanda T: Yes, but keep in mind as the unbilled usage does go towards the spending limit balance, your account may be suspended again.
Amanda T: Feel free to keep track of your account balance by dialing #225# SEND from your handset.
Amanda T: This is a great way to avoid suspensions.
