i just fell down the stairs

-my back hurts
-i have cramps really bad
-i feel like im going to explode
-my stomach hurts
-and im retaining 5 pounds of water

today.. was not a good day. first day of school in a week.. it sucked

and now for the great news i now weigh 5 pounds heavier.. i gained 5 POUNDS in ONE WEEK.. i sware to go if i gain even .1 more pound i will shoot myself. wheres the fucking liposuction when you need it.
