Personality:
Natasha is, first and foremost, a professional. She does her job, and she does it well. She doesn’t let anything interfere with that. She’s not the type to trifle with orders, or to let her personal life get in the way of things. She’s one of SHIELD’s most effective agents for a reason; they give her a job, she gets it done. No questions asked.
If she says she’ll do something, she does it. Her word is an unbreakable bond, as far as Natasha is concerned. If she promises you that you’ll never walk again, you may as well reserve yourself a wheelchair, because it’s only a matter of time until she makes that happen. Natasha has the determination and strength to make her promises happen, and if she doesn’t, she damn well goes out and acquires the means to do so.
Loyalty is a Thing with Natasha. There are people who have earned that from her, and she’ll move heaven and earth to help them, if they need it. This is a small and select group, most of whom she has history with. History is important to Natasha. Her past and the dealings she’s had with the people in it have irreversibly affected her and had a serious impact on the person she is today.
She goes out of her way to maintain her independence. She’s a strong, capable woman, and in her own quiet way, she makes sure the people around her know it. She demands that the men in her life treat her as an equal, not as something fragile that needs to be protected, be she isn’t that person, never was.

Strengths:
Let’s see, we’ve got the prerequisite peak of human perfection ensemble here, enhanced strength, enhanced senses, heightened immune system, enhanced everything, the full package upgrade. Also, she’s been trained in just about every type of martial arts available, and is also proficient in the use of every type of weaponry available.
Weaknesses:
At the end of the day, for all the upgrades and serum and whatever, Natasha is still entirely human. She’s limited in ways that the people surrounding her aren’t. Also, she’s lived a very long time, and accumulated more than one enemy that can come back to bite her when she least expects it.
