operation get-in-shape-before-you-go-tree-planting commenced today.
besides the usual bicycle commuting, i went for a jog in parc lafontaine and hopped in on the end of erica's kitchen floor workout sesh.
boo yeah!

the park was maggoty with joggers and dogs.

Montreal never ceases to amaze me at this time of year. Newfoundland has exactly 2.5 seasons, so I'm never expecting the good weather to hit as soon as Spring arrives. - pair of gloves
- pair of mittens
- one leg warmer
- assortment of alcohol and unopened bourgeoise beer abandonned by various law students
- one broken crutch
- one backpack
