I have a question. How do you make a picture in b&w except a few key points (i.e. the hot pink bra)? I've tried several things and cant figure out anything that works well

Create a new layer, paint everything black that you want to be grey (obviously leaving out the bra, or whatever the case may be), and set it to 'color'. :)
