Which one?
The first one, it's loosely hinted that the Doctor is going to go and get Melody.
and River is about to reveal her identity. I didn't want to re-type the whole scene or anything. I just wanted to focus on the whole 'flinching away' bit.

The second one, is kind of connected to the first, maybe a few months after the incident or something. I don't really know. Because I don't know where Melody is. So, it's assuming that she's taken care of / somewhere safe or back in Leadworth. I don't know. D:

Those were BOTH brilliant little ficlettes. Gosh... such raw emotions!!! DANG IT ALL AMY!!! I, too, was PI$$ED OFF at her for being so pi$$y at The Doctor. I mean, I know she is devastated that her kid melted into flesh and all but... seriously?! Taking it out on 11 was NOT COOL!!!
AnyWHO, I love your stories!!! All of them, you are brilliant. And I am so upset. *tear* I like River a lot but i don't like her with The Doctor. *sulks* Thank goodness I can read your fics and let my imagination linger in denial.
