Well, i was arrested, then let go. An officer of the University Police caught me swiping a traffic cone that said "SUNY Police" on the side. I was in handcuffs for about 60 seconds. I wasn't charged under the condition that I would behave myself--the officer told me that they had up to a year to charge me with the crime. That year expires this week.
