Considering PA has lower gas prices, lower property and school taxes, and yet better public (not to mention PRIVATE: READ, SWARTHMORE) schools... How does it suck?
i think it's b/c of the dreaded I-81 going south is what ends up cancelling out those cool things about PA. i mean i didn't have a grand old time driving down south this past summer, but eh it's all good. ;-)

ok, NY has the highest insurance rates in the country...and the people in Penn can't fucking drive. Also, their construction crews may mean well, but they do not follow the federal rules on how to run a goddamn highway construction job. Combine these two, and it's unacceptable.
The source for the info on the fed. highway stuff was someone that's worked on managing and designing federal highway projects for decades. Daddy.
Ok, PA is the only place where i've seen an exit ramp on one side of a highway, and not one going in the other direction. It's so assinine, I'm not going to bother to explain it.
So many one-way streets....Philly was like a MASSIVE version of Troy. And remember, the people aren't very good drivers either. 'Makes it interesting.
