Humm there are so many things out there that can help. But if you have over processd it to the point of no cuticle layer left then ultimately the best thing to do is cut your hair off.
Try DEEP protien conditioner by Bumble and Bumble, CAT by Redken and any product that is protien treatment ..you need to build the building blocks back in your hair and then add moisture. Go to your local salon and ask them what products they carry for over procsessed hair.
My best advice to you without seeing your hair is to keep cutting it, or just cut it all off and dont use heat on it(that will just make it worse)

yep she's right.

i've had my really fried from bleaching... i used to work with bumble & bumble and that DEEP protein conditioner works really good. also >> KPAK deep conditioner by redken is suuuper good. the educator at the salon i used to work for told me to use it every time i wash my hair for 2 weeks (which for me was like 3 times) VS once a week. and i can tell the difference in my hair... good luck! :)

I love the highlights you do, but my hair is super-curly... is it ever possible to add in streaks that are curly, or that I could curl to match my hair?

THe place i get my human hair from carrys all different types of curls. It cost a bit more but its worth it for curly hair so that it matches.
What we would do is decide what color you want the highlights to be and then if they dont carry it get blonde hair and dye it to match your desired color...: )

Yay!

I'm in a show which opens soon in which I need to have natural-looking hair ("A Christmas Carol"), but hopefully after that closes I can have more interesting hair. :)
