Drink lots of water, or better yet, Powerade. Take a multivitamin with a B12 complex, A, and C. Also a bee pollen pill, which you can find in the vitamin section. Eat some fruit, especially juicy fruits like watermelon or oranges. Don't drink soda or carbonated drinks. Take a couple of aspirin before you leave for the partying. While you're partying, try to drink as much water as you do booze. Hydration is important, because dehydration is the hangover maker. The next day, more water, bee pollen, multivitamin, and some form of spicy food. I recommend huevos rancheros, super spicy. Now go get sloshed, and have a drink for me. *smoooooch*
