When you're in a long distance relationship and you do something stupid it sucks because you can't make up for it all John Cusack style by standing outside her window with flowers while getting rained on. I would rather get rained on, because I can never sleep when I feel like I've been a jerk and I can't fix it right away

I've been feeling that same way. My boyfriend is in Kansas City and it really sucks. People in relationship really take for granted this distance when they can live so close.

I think there are benefits to long distance, as well. Space and attachment issues being one of them.
