although, i've been taking being back in NY as lightly as i can - and ive been doing a good job from not having too many breakdowns...it's still in my subconcious. it comes out in my dreams and makes my mornings hellish

Ive been having lots of dreams of Galicia recently.

Me running in the rain trying to find my ex in the rain, and coming across friends in bars, who give me more clues, while i wind through narrow streets trying to make me way around.

I almost always wake up, with such a horrible feeling in my gut.
I just keep thinking I should there, not here.

I wonder if thats what you meant?

Sometimes memories of spain are really hard on me, because I have left so much of myself there...

you couldn't have put it into better words. that is exactly how i feel...along with the twist that i have more stable friendships and just overall connection with the people there. let me not skip over the fact that i much prefer the lifestyle there as well.

thanks for commenting...it's nice to hear from someone who knows exactly what i mean about just the same place. where in galicia did you stay?

The lifestyle over there is a lot more liberal than here.

There is a bigger lust for life. People stop more, enjoy a nice cafe el la teraza...

And no problem, I felt I had to comment, what you were writting about sounded exactly like something I would write...

I stayed in Sada, La Coruña, Im pretty sureto the north of you... mind if I add you?

I woulnt mind reading things about Spain and getting depressed :)

ahhh, la coruna - very nice! i've never gotten the chance to visit, being as busy as i always am there in villa garcia, but i've heard many nice things about it. and will probably visit next summer
