Warnings: None.
Dream Effects: A sense of unknowning and eventually overwhelming supression.

[ A flooded hallway. The path is narrow and the hall appears to be that of a school. The water is up to his knees, pouring in through windows from behind open and closed doors. It seems endless, much like the hall itself. Everything about this space seems shrouded in fog yet Souji steps forward with next to no worry. The water moves slowly around his legs, as he shifts forward to start a stride. It's heavy, weighing him down. The hall seems to narrow the further he goes. Doors become more and more frequent but the classrooms behind them all appear to be exactly the same size.

The water seems to be raising. It's around his abdomen but the water feels warm, a comfortable heat, the air is cool in comparision. It may be easier to swim at this point but he continues to walk.

A distorted voice rings through the air. ]

Can you really believe in such trivial truths?

Where is that voice coming from?

Are you scared?

No, not really...

You're heartbeat is getting faster. I can hear it.

[ He pauses the water is now around his chest, he's floating. Walking will be of no use now.

A moment passes in silence as he checks his pulse. It is fast, as the voice stated. ]

You are scared, aren't you?

.

.

[ Lips. A pair belonging to a female seem to be focused on rather suddenly. The figure, a shadowed one stood before him at a distance. She was the one speaking but the fog was thickest around her, making the face difficult to distinguish. ]

Hey.

Why do you think it is that you still see a fog?

[ Souji's eyes snapped open, his breath suddenly laboured as if he had it cut off just a moment before. A rush of adrenaline. He sat up from the couch which he had been dozing upon, putting a hand up to his head before slumping back. Steadily returning to a relaxed state. ]
