I don't have Theresa's email, and judging from your description, it don't sound like she's gonna be checking email soon much anyhoo. But...
Theresa, I hope you feel better and get well soon. I'm sure this is probably the hardest thing that you've ever done, just to keep going day to day. Hell, it's harder than anything most people ever have to do, and it's not fair that you have to do it, but I am certain you will come through. I'm sorry I can't offer you anything more than a few words and the best wishes I can summon up for a person, but you are strong and I know you will make it.
You're family is probably right on top of making sure you are comfortable as possible, but I do have one thing. Claire mentioned that you are having dry and cracked skin. If you haven't got something else already, you might try Avenno body lotion. I've got excema (chronically dry skin) and I have to say, the stuff is probably the best moisterizer on the market. I highly recommend it. All the best.
