I try to keep his code of ethics consistent rather than trying to put it on a moral scale. It's hard to reconcile the Under the Hood Jason with the Battle for the Cowl Jason characterization; the interesting thing is I can see a clearer connection between Winick's Jason and Morrison's Jason. Having said that, I completely agree with what you've said: that all of his canon is pretty much his canon (...even the tentacle monster...)
