You'll find that it works for all situations if you assume that time and money are multiplied rather than added.

I never found the women = evil thing to be overly compelling. It requires an assumption either way about the relationship between women, time, and money. If you're interested, though:

Time = Money
Knowledge = Power

As any physics student can tell you, Work = Power*Time

Substituting:

Work = Knowledge * Money
Work/Knowledge = Money

Examine this equation. As knowledge->0, Lim(Money)->Infinite, assuming constant work. The less you know, the more money you make.
