An Interesting Turn Of Events...

I know I haven't posted in awhile. Haven't really had all that much to say about my own life lately. I'm kind in a calm-before-the-storm place right now. Have you ever had those? The kind where you have several things about to happen all at once, but the moment hasn't come just yet, as well as some other "might-just-happen-but-who-the-fuck-knows?"

okay, so that was really quite the busy post. so much stuff going on there. that's why you're supposed to update 7 or 8 times in a day, that way things are much more threaded. Geez, apparentl;y you didn't get the how to be annoying with your LJ manual, did you?

Wouldn't matter if I *did* get a manual. I wouldn't read it. There's a reason my VCR still flashes "12:00, 12:00, 12:00, 12:00..."

Okay, it was funny. I laughed. And that, I suppose, is the important thing.

And can I just add....the mental picture I have of you with a precious little kitty perched on your strapping Irish knee is just makin' me smile. :)

What *should* be making you laugh is that you *know* I don't watch "American Idol", so that reference was really just for *your* benefit. ;)

If you think me having a kitten on my knee is funny, you should've seen how I woke up this afternoon - with him sitting on my chest trying to gouge my right eye out. That would've been hilarious - me wearing an eye-patch with a kitty perched on my shoulder.

First of all, I don't watch American Idol, either....and I'm insulted by the inference. ;)

Okay, I *do* watch the first couple of episodes....but only to make fun of the 'William Hungs' of the world who mistakenly think they have talent. As a wise man once said, there's nothing more exhilarating than pointing out the shortcomings of others. :)

Anyway...this kitty thing is endlessly amusing to me. Only because I *know* that, even though I make fun, the image of you sitting there with that stupid ball of fur is probably very sexy. :) :)

As for the kitty, yeah he seems to be a big hit with every woman who comes over and sees him. I should've had one a long time ago. :)

But it's nice to know that I still have it in me for you to find me sexy, even with furry accessories. ;)
