Lol living in Miami I tend to forget how cold really feels like!! XD I think the lowest temperature I've seen since living here was like 35 (and I do mean +35 F, which is pretty cold, but was like ONCE for one night, and the lowest T in years! rofl)
Well, part of the reason I found it so cold in Manitoba is I was coming from Texas to that, so I remember being just so very cold. I'm feeling the cold more in the past few years, but I'm sure that's just me getting old. :P
I'd agree on -30 or thereabouts (either scale) being where it starts to get bitter, though anything from about -15 on down (C) is certainly cold.
Cold definitely gets worse with age; I can remember walking to school in my teens in -30 to -40C weather, freeze-drying my hair by combing out the ice as it formed while I walked... no hat, no gloves...
