Anything involving sex, including rape: Right here and now, I am saying an all-out no. He's a creature who has the mentality of a child, for starters. And to be perfectly blunt, he lacks any sort of genitalia. Digimon aren't divided up into genders. Plus, there is the issue of changing sizes, etc. So before you even ask, no.
He may harmlessly flirt with women of any shape and size, but that's going to be the extent of anything that is going to happen.
Hug/Kiss/Punch/General Fighting: In that order, yes, only on the cheek, yes, and yes.
Fighting: He comes from a world that revolves around fighting and killing other opponents to become stronger, so have at it. Your punches will land most of the time and he is capable of getting beaten up. If you are going to seriously hurt him, please chat with me first.
Maiming: No removal of limbs, eyes, or wings please. Since this character is unique in the sense you can snap him out of one form, Beelzemon, and back into another weaker one, Impmon, sure and go ahead if that comes up in the course of the thread.
Murder: Talk to me first, please.
Mind-reading: If your character is capable of it, go right ahead. He doesn't have much of a mind to begin with. :P If it's going to be anything deeper than surface thoughts, let's chat about what is going to come up.
Rape: See the first note about sex.
Threadhopping/Threadjacking: Go for it! Except on any locked posts.
Canonpuncture: Go for it. To a degree, the Tamers universe already had that going on in the form of the Digimon cards and games being present in the "real world."
Fourthwalling: If your character is able to do it and it comes up in the course of the thread, go right ahead. Impmon will probably think they're a crazy person anyway.
