My brother, who I never talk to, called to let me know. My mother offered to have a "Private Showing" for me. I don't think so. When my father was alive it was me for the past five years that kept him going and taught him how to walk again. My mother moves him out and talked shit about me to anyone that would listen. Did I mention she sued me? lol

We split the cost of this house so my father could live here and have mobility with the wheelchair and avoid stairs. When she decided to move him out, I was served with papers saying she wanted me to buy out her half. She also wanted me to absorb all costs involved. On top of all this, I paid a butt load for lawyers.
