A few years ago, I moved my friend, Kirby, and he gave me his laptop in the process. When I turned it on and started deleting files, I ignored everything I could, but there was a folder with all my emails to him and I thought it would be a fun little nostalgic trip to see what he'd saved. This may not be the best post to say "hi" on, but here I am. anjea has mentioned you several times so I thought I'd stop by. I'm also an Austinite & younger quilter (I'm mid-30s, but I really don't know many young quilters!).

I'm not in the guild, but I do volunteer for The Linus Connection and am in an independent bee and that's where I get my social quilty fix each month. I've been at Linus for about six years now, and I still have that occasional "you're too young to understand" moment. They're less now, but they still hurt or irritate me.
