Did more research on the diet. Found out about something they call "die-off symptoms" -- that's what a lot of this feeling bad is. And THAT is why I'm not going Cold Turkey. When I got back from the doctor a few weeks ago (and she told me there's not thing wrong with me and no explanation for my severe anemia and constant sugar cravings) I did some web research.
