I'm seeing the midnight showing of Twilight tonight. It'll probably piss people off to read this, but I've never read the books. Apparently, there's a 30-person-long waiting list for it at the public library. Wtf?! So, yeah, I don't even really know what it's about, but I'll be seeing it tonight with Sally, Jessy, and Alva. Hehe I haven't read the books either. And there is a MASSIVE waiting list at the library. I did find some cheaper 2nd hand copies on a local auction site but at the moment can't really be bothered. I think I'll see the movie and worry about the books later ;)

Haha, I think it's silly to be mad at someone for seeing the movie without reading the books. Half the fun of turning a book into a movie is that it exposes new audiences to the story. I'm actually really curious to hear what you think of it without having read the books.
