How pretty they are! Tell me, when you got started selling, how did you determine ahead of time what the shipping will be? I have stuff to sell on eBay, and have no idea what to tell potential buyers.

Well, you just go by an approx amount it will cost you to send it. You gotta buy those little padded envelopes (I try to catch them on sale at Walgreens when they're 33 cents each) plus shipping for a small item like that is usually around $1.50 plus tissue paper or bubble wrap. Make sense? Do you sell stuff on ebay? I've never really thought you could make money selling hand made things there. Am I wrong?

I have quite a bit of silver I want to sell, and also some Fiestaware, and later, when I get good and know what to ask for stuff, I want to sell some Meissen. Right now I am the newest of newbies, and have NO idea what to charge for shipping, but Fiesta is quite heavy.
