Castiel can read minds and emotions. He doesn't do this very often, and I don't expect to use it very often in RP. But just in case, I thought I should have one of those nifty permissions posts. \o\
If a situation does come up in a thread where it would make sense for him to do this, I'll double-check with the player anyway before I proceed.
