I went and saw 'Peter Pan' this evening, here is my review;

This realistic version of the long time running, famous cartoon will not disappoint. Enjoyable for all ages this film tells the story of Wendy, played by the young and very talented Rachel Hurd-Wood, and her two brothers Michael (Freddie Popplewell) and John (Harry Newell) taking off ( Read more... )

I agree, except I left felling sad that Wendy and Peter couldn't be together, that Peter is destined to die all alone, just like Hook. After making such a big point of it in the final showdown, I didn't really see Peter flying off by himself, alone, while Wendy and the Lost Boys stayed in the real world a very happy ending. :-(

And 2, it is based on the BOOK, not the cartoon, and despite what you are now saying on msn, the book IS more famous!!!

Yeah, you're right, because come to think of it, you were crying when we left, however I felt satisfied.

And number two: Everyone has seen the caroon Carl, so I think it is you who is quite the fool!

AND THE BOOK IS BETTER KNOWN THAN THE CARTOON! EVEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE ONLY SEEN THE CARTOON KNOW IT IS BASED ON THE BOOK, AND EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T, THE STATEMENT "IT WAS BASED ON THE CARTOON" IS *WRONG*, BECAUSE IT WAS BASED ON THE BOOK, EVEN IF NO ONE HAS HEARD IF IT, WHICH THEY HAVE, IT WAS STILL BASED ON THE BOOK NOT THE CARTOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
