Is Anyone Good at Putting Together a Kick-Ass Resume?

Since things with my company are going the way they are, I'd rather leave then get laid-off or fired or whatever. It just looks better. But my resume always looks so lackluster, and I find it difficult to figure out how to brighten it up and make it stand out.

Can anyone good in this arena help me?
