Summary: The upcoming sequel says Christine has the Phantom's child.  Analyzing the musical timeline, this leads to a scary conclusion.

Wouldn't she have had to be six months pregnant by the end of the musical for that to work? I'm sure that wouldn't be obvious on every woman, but damn. Poor old Christine.

I'm trying to find any other place in the timeline for it to have happened, but there just isn't one. They weren't physically together until that night, nor were they alone afterwards.
