These puzzles are really frustrating to figure out.

There was something I wanted to say about those puzzles. It was number 4 from the first link, which provoked some digressing thoughts in me.

There are a lot of interesting things that can be said about this, but I don't have the patience right now, so read Zen And The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance by Pirsig if you haven't already. It's a really neat book, and of course you have all the time in the world to read really neat books, just like everyone else...

Some of these puzzles and answers are ridiculous since the solutions are not logical conclusions. They are conditional. They also aren't the only answers, and sometimes not even reasonable answers.

Ordering a glass of water is a code to join an unlicenced game of poker behind the bar. The man had previously made an appointment with the barman to get rid of his gambling addiction, so the barman points the man to the door. ;-)
