If you're wondering where I am, I plan not to use LJ until I get accepted back into a 4 year university, and gain 10 pounds. So the time that I otherwise spend on LJ, will be spent eating or doing school work.
My desired date is hopefully by the end of November, which I will then be back no longer thin, and no longer in a Community college.

Thanks for the update I was just very recently wondering about you since it's been awhile.
Finally while you may not care about a rational approach to such things I do hope your interest in gaining weight is rational. There's nothing wrong with being thin in and of itself any more than it is to be a bit overweight. The most recent medical information I've seen has demonstrated that it's much more important to be fit than it is to be at a "normal" weight. So it doesn't matter if you're a little under or overweight so long as you exercise and eat decently ( ... )

I seem to be putting weight on too. I'm over that 'three day hump' now - getting used to eating multiple times each day. (Unfortunately, an effort to stop all the extra mass going directly into storage backfired when a pair of foreigners underestimated the strength of the October sunshine, which duly transformed their pale arms into kebab-meat.)
Look to the Moon, Miss Dearlife.
I'm confident that you have the strength of will to gain that weight, but I also know that a person's eating habits become so deeply ingrained that it's exceedingly difficult to make a permanent break with the past.
When it's full, it will pull us both a little harder.
But regarding school, I think it's right that you're setting a high priority to getting out of community college, especially as I know how much it'll help your self-esteem.
Finally, perhaps this is selfish (and in my case, hypocritical), but I always want to know what's on your mind, so I really hope you don't leave.
