If you're a particularly observant individual, you might have noticed a youth skulking around the edges of the Nexus for some time; tall, gangly in a way which suggests he's not done growing yet, pale skinned with dark hair and intense eyes.  He skulks well and frequently, which is why many of you won't have noticed him, and he's been doing so now in order to get a handle on what precisely the Nexus is and how it works.  Koschei- for that is his name- hates doing anything without understanding every possible facet of it.  And it's not difficult for him to accomplish that, usually; he's ridiculously intelligent for his age, clever and manipulative, seeing more sides to things than most people ever bother about.

The Nexus has frustrated him somewhat in that respect; its function is easy enough to understand, but as far as how it manages to exist at all?  He can't even begin to comprehend that.

Still, what the place is for is clear enough- the giant, glaring sign helps with that, and Koschei is nothing if not a seeker after information.  It would be foolish not to make use of a resource such as this.  So at the moment, he's taken a break from skulking, and is sitting on one of the many couches scattered around the Nexus, regarding the rest of the place coolly.  Having a question to ask is never a problem for him, but now that it's time to, all the usual intellectual inquiries have gone out of his mind, leaving only the one thing that is always, glaringly there.

He huffs a sigh, adjusting himself slightly on the couch.  'Say...' he frowns.  'Say you know somebody, a friend, who is so, so smart.  Incredibly intelligent.  Can see things most people wouldn't dare dream of.  But... completely oblivious.  How- I mean, if the hypothetical you were to want to tell him something; or, not tell him, but make him aware, in a way which freed one from any, ah, culpability, if you like, in relation to the... hypothetical thing.'

He's well aware how convoluted that sounds, and his face twists in a little scowl.  'Oh, sod it.'
