I'm having some problems with my parents. They seem to be holding some type of contest as to which can make the other parent look the worst. The current strategy is to show me how much the other parent doesn't want me. Is there a polite way to tell them that this sort of thing is completely unappreciated?
My fiance is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, clever, loving, but extremely shy.
I'm not exactly sure how I'll ever manage to sleep with her if she flinches when I kiss her. No, that's a little too forthright for an advice column. I'm sure he'll know exactly what I mean.
Supposing I was an editor of a major paper, and received close to a hundred complaints a day about a certain columnist, what do you think I should do in such a hypothetical situation?
