The story was shown on Today Tonight, ACA & Ten Late News - all on the same night. It didn't matter which network he currently works for, it's still a story for them to report on.

He went on Leno instead of Letterman only because one of the producers saw his work & got in contact with Rove about making an appearance on the show.

Mentioned something about the Logies? the Logie nomination process began way before Rove returned to the screen this year.

And Pete did get nominated for a Logie - He co-hosts Before The Game. That program was also nominated again this year.

John Howard watches Rove? That doesn't sound right.
