I'm also glad that they don't have an ordinance to force assholes to shovel their sidewalks. Downtown Ann Arbor is not supposed to be pedestrian-friendly, never mind the fact that there is a huge university in the middle of it.

i know you're being sarcastic and stuff, but i'm pretty sure they (aka ann arbor) write tickets if you don't shovel your sidewalk. my bf, all the way out on dewey aka where there are FAR fewer peds than downtown, almost got a ticket for not shoveling the sidewalk. it really pisses me off though how some people in town are so lazy with their shoveling. i used to live next door to raja rani (that indian restaurant on E William) and i almost died like 1394582 times while walking past their place on my way to class because they never EVER shoveled or salted in front of their restaurant. i could rant for hours about that stuff.
