Cat's don't normally need any training at all to use a litter box. You can usually just set them in it, and their instincts takes over. My advice is to pick up some litter on the way home so (s)he doesn't get used to the dirt.
Not sure. Nothing has struck me yet. Personality wise, she's a noisy girl. She's constantly meowing and she purrs just by being close. She's very affectionate. Maybe I should name her after a very loud adult movie star?
