*huggles* funny, i was about to say eat lots of chocolates too, and drink lots of water (helps with the dehydration caused by crying, and all)...take care shamine, *huggles*, get better, get well.
Dude I wanted to send you an email but I don't know whether I'm the right person or anything, but I hope that you'll be okay. Like what others said, indulge yourself with these small luxuries aka chocolate (but I remembered that you said you don't like chocolate... or was it someone else), stupid movies, anything. Even though it's a slow process, but it will help you feel better. :)
