It's a good thing that you have a clear prospect on what you want to do for your own future. Try to convince your dad that this is what you want to do-- no use in forcing you to take something that you'll definitely won't ejoy. Nanti you'll rugi a year (or depends) and he'll rugi his money and all that. so ya :D

But I think the most overrated choice is still engineering. Shit almost everyone wants to take engineering, almost every scholarship demands engineering, engineering engineering engineering, stop tending mechanicals before you have enough people to tend people >(
