1 - I left this in Japanese because Koichi is just writing out words from the song Kaimono Boogie (If you follow Kanjani8, you may have heard their cover of this song). The "bubububu" is all Koichi's own though XD
2 - In katakana, コアイルーマー. This is probably supposed to be the Chinese phrase "kuai le ma?" (快樂嗎?) which according to gothicauthor and xdustbunnys just means "'Are you happy?' or 'Are you having fun?' More accurately, though, it's more like 'Having fun?' since the 'are you' is understood." Thanks guys for clearing this one up!
