Right back at ya, Mr. P.! Happy Memorial Day!

Brenthis Ino sounds like he was an impressive guy. We just have Martin Luther King Day, and umm...Columbus Day. Not that they weren't, like, awesome themselves, but they get sorta' glossed over when we have things, like, Christmas and Halloween. But, like, anyone who cares about others that much should totally be given props for it!

Thanks again for the care package! ^^ Can't wait.

Thank you, Ms. Miney! I very much hope you'll enjoy the items I'm sending along.

Oh yes, Brenthis Ino was an amazing man. A great hero. But Martin Luther King, Jr. was certainly just as impressive! A fascinating, inspiring American who undoubtedly deserves his own holiday.

Christmas is also celebrated in Cohdopia, and I agree with you, it can overshadow other holidays.

Thank you so much Ambassador Palaeno! How kind of you to single me out, especially when I'm so undeserving. I hope I don't shame your delicious Cohdopian food with my poor talent...!

Certainly, my dear! It's no trouble at all. I am sorry I forgot to send them to you sooner. I've been so busy lately.

I'm certain you'll do a wonderful job. And if you make some mistakes, you can always try again! That's the beauty of cooking, I think. Not that I cook a great deal myself, but I have been known to try it.

That's very interesting! I'd never known the history of Brenthis Ino Day until now. It's no wonder why we get a lot of Cohdopians travelers heading back to their hometown around that holiday.

Brenthis Ino sounds like he was a very talented, noble man. It's a shame he was taken away by the war at such a relatively young age.

Oh yes, Cohdopians tend to plan large, family dinners on and around Brenthis Ino Day (he was a noted gourmand as well!), so many Cohdopians do try to go home to their families, if it's at all possible. That would certainly explain the increase in travel.

It was a shame indeed. Brenthis Ino is a figure I admire greatly! But I'm sure he would be happy to know that his legacy lives on and continues to inspire his countrymen and women.

Brenthis Ino sounds like an interesting person - men of peace are pretty scarce.

Thanks for the package, Mr. Palaeno - it came while I was away receiving treatment. The book and other things were nice to come back to. Your country is beautiful.

Yes, he was a great man. It's sad that the war took him from us, but his legacy is so inspiring. He was always one of my favorite people to read about, when I was a boy at school!

Ah, and I'm so delighted to hear that! I'm happy you liked the pictures. Were you able to try the bay leaf mints? I'm curious to hear what you thought of them. If you didn't like them, however, I understand. They can be something of an acquired taste.
