Gackt's career's highs and lows ?
Hi everyone, I'm new to Livejournal, and kind of new to Gackt too (i only discovered him last year). in my first post here, i want to ask -
How is Gackt recieved in Japan? What is his status vis-a-vis other JRockers/pop/filmstars etc?
i'm asking this because i know this about stars in my own country - that they have had their share of ups and downs in their real life, but on the internet, they are uniformely, uncritically praised (for both good/poor work) by their overseas fans, LOL! also fangirls/boys seem to exaggerate more (in terms of compliments) on the net! yeah that includes me too!
i am not asking people to criticise Gackt, i'm just curious about the highs and lows of his career...
i will love him forever no matter what, obviously!
