A think you use to have people [or, you can consider "friends"] comment first before others. Like giving someone an important seat! Until the person replies, no one can comment. Or as far as I think! :D

Also! It can either way be the writer to make the spot, or his/her friend if the writer forgot [<.<]
BUT! There can be other spots created while one is already reserved [just that they won't be first!]

Hyung Jun didn't say anything, but Ki Bum IS Jung Min's friend. :D
They're like, taking Hyung Jun out of the conversation and pretending he isn't existing! :D
But, you're right. Why do they speak of the demon-- I mean, Ki Bum-- as if Jung Min's lover isn't his brother? [OMG that rhymes! :D]
