Sorry for the cliffhanger! But I'm glad you enjoyed it. The purpose of this chapter really was to put them in this place of almost suspended reality where for just a few days they're just together without sexual tension despite the fact that they're acting in incredibly intimate ways - almost like they're in a relationship already. But then to have Annie hit that place where she can't deny that all of that means more than they realized.
