This was seriously great! I like how you took it from different angles, and we got to hear from the whole group.
It was also really hilarious that Pierce was the first to guess! Abed's gonna have to work at keeping up! ;)

This isn’t what living in the moment is supposed to be, right? ... It’s Jeff after all and if there’s one thing she knows about him (there are a million things she knows about him but she can’t think about those right now) it’s that he does avoidance really well ...
This paragraph has been so simple and great from the moment you added it; I love the callback to living in the moment, and some of her old insecurities. It really keeps your Annie feeling like Annie.
It’s nothing, it’s friendship, it’s Jeff, it’s Annie, it’s normal - these are the things everyone else believes, so. It must be true.
*sigh* Oh how I love that this show has gotten us to this point.
they’ve all holed themselves up at Pierce’s, getting drunk and daring each other to do increasingly unrecognizable renditions of Lady Gaga songs and ordering pizza so many times that ( ... )

I just noticed on this read that I love that you have Britta come up and save her from that moment of fear.
I'm so glad you liked this part. It was important to me that Jeff not be Annie's sole source of happiness. That he was a big part of it, yes, but that she also had this entire world of friends that were going to be there for her no matter what.
It's like Kerry says, they have "Jeff and Annieisms;
They DO! They're different with each other than they are with anyone else in the group. Some one needs to catalog these Jeff/Annieisms
And if we somehow got the bedroom scene in there too, well. No one in the world should complain
I have to credit you for helping me to see the error of my ways in leaving this out originally. It TOTALLY needed to be there. And now that scene is maybe one of my favorite things I've ever written. So THANK YOU!

Haha, yeah, I'm going to be upset if it turns out that they did not all spend the entire summer at Pierce's. I've read it so many times now that that's just the way it's going to have to be. Lol.
