I may have screamed a little when I saw that you'd posted a fanfic ;) This one is amazing, I loved that you continued it past the fort itself! And--

She wants, she wants, she wants…

I can't articulate why, but that's my favorite line in this story for some reason. It's just so perfect for her narrative.

Aww. Thank you so much.

I liked that line too. As simple as it is. I feel like it sums up a huge part of who Annie is.

I'm glad you liked it! Thank you again.

first, he should have put the car in park. tsk tsk jeff. second ... love the story; simple & fun. and i think they should have left pierce stranded; it would only be the humane thing to do :)

Haha, Jeff was clearly not thinking about safety in this moment.

Thank you so much for the comment!

I love everything about this! So well written, and great use of tension. Love the fact that they make out so long the light changes often. So great!

Agh!! No kidding, this is exactly how I pictured the moment after the fort collapsed - that Jeff would kiss Annie on the cheek or temple and that the moment would be quickly over.

Get out of my brain.

But, better than that, then you had them MAKE OUT! I will never complain when even more kissing is involved.

Heehee, I will basically look for any excuse to have Jeff and Annie make out.

What I love about the way the show ended with the collapsing of the blanket fort is that ANYTHING could have happened next. And I'd like to think that SOMETHING happened. (Of course they couldn't actually show it because it they had my television would have exploded from the AWESOME/CUTE/HOTNESS overload.)

Thank you again! I'm glad you liked it!

I love this, and was so glad to see you had decided to tackle Post-Blanket Fort Collapse 2010 :) As always, I particularly like your phrasing. The way you word things creates this very tangible atmosphere. Even while the tension builds, there is still this surreal dreamy quality to everything -the combination of which I think is totally accurate following the day they've had... Wow, those comments make me sound slightly drunk, when I'm only really tired. I hope you understand what I meant. Which is that I loved it! Thanks!

My brain read your comment in a Luna Lovegood voice and it was hilarious.
