SO I STARTED MY NEW JOB AS AN EMT A FEW WEEKS AGO. I WORK IN THE ER AT LAWNWOOD MEDICAL CENTER. ITS REALLY COOL WORKING THERE AND GETTING TO HELP PEOPLE AND GETTING PAID TO DO SOMTHING THAT I LOVE. BUT YESTERDAY I HAD MY FIRST PATIENT DIE ON ME. IT WAS AN OLDER GUY THAT GOT HIT BY A CAR ON A MOTORCYCLE, AND HE WAS RELLY MESSED UP. MYSELF ALONG WITH

I'm so sorry babe :( I know that's gotta really get to you to see things like that. Just know that God puts you everywhere that you go, and you were meant to be there to help that man pass as easily as possible, and that you did everything you could to help him.

i don't know if you read old posts to this thing... i'm really an amateur, i just read beeneyman all the time... but i loved this short story about your patient at lawnwood... i enjoyed talking to you for those brief minutes at the tree trimming party and it's nice that I know who you are since my brother treasures his friendship with you so much.
