I dont want to make fun of you because I know how you feel but you know what...?
after school lies the same damn crap you've been dealing with, in or out of school. Goin to university just lulls you in a sense of accomplishement and progress but all your life you have and will have to find more projects to accomplish.
Its just another begining in a world you have already dealt with for years. not exactly more "real" or "new"
and wait until your school is finish before getting all emo. You still have 2 ENTIRE SESSIONS to go through!?
Outside is indeed scary. After I finished university I stuck my head in the sand for a few years in an attempt to avoid it... I don't recommend following suit.
Once you get over the initial hump of scary, you'll find two major advantages to The Real World. One, you get paid for your hard work, in real money, not in abstract grades. Two, you (usually) don't take work home with you anymore. This took me a while to get used to- once you leave, you can safely shelve work (and the stress therefrom) until the next day.
i think i did the head in the sand bit when i was not in school but still working at paramount.... the idea of serving fries for the rest of my life kinda made me want to go back to school while i still could.
