So, I met a guy yesterday who claims that agents in New Yerk get a commission of "15% of the yearly rent." That's basically double what it is here. Can you confirm this?

p.s. I don't know if I can REALLY move there. I mean, I don't know how I feel about my family re-locating right now. How are the public schools/kindergarten programs in the city? Do you think Jody & Todd would be well-off there? Shit gotta go, the wife just yelled at me for not making any coffee yet. Son of a bitch, Rex is chewing one of my leather slippers!

LOL. I think the kids will be allright, little Joey has always been able to make friend pretty easily and Todd is also gay.

I have no idea if that's true or not, i know that when we got this place we had to pay a months rent to the person but that wasn't in manhattan and it was through a total scumbag place. Not sure really.
