You're in the medical field? Waah, that's so cool. In earlier chapters I kept on writing, as an endnote, "I'm not a doctor, everything's just made up! TT_TT" and sometimes I wonder why I even came up with this story in the first place, when I have limited medical knowledge. But what I really wanted to explore was how people react to the news of their loved ones having an incurable disease, and how they deal with it. Anyway, thank you so much for reading the story, and I'm sorry in advance for the lack of updates. I will try my best to shoo away my writer's block! Thank you for the encouragement! :)

AnM does remind me of 1 Liter of Tears, but mainly because the similarities in the disease. I don't know if you're familiar with it, or if its even a rule in other countries, but in the US there's something called patient confidentiality. I volunteer at the hospital so it's something I hear about a lot. Doctors aren't allowed to say anything about a patient's condition to anyone without prior consent (this includes family). The only people allowed to know are people who have to know (ie. other doctors). That was the only flaw I saw in the plot (I'm not even sure if it applies elsewhere). By the way, is Jaejoong's last name in the story Yoongwoong or Kim?
Hope you can update soon! <3
