Eheheh you were the one who wrote Full Circle in Jaeho_exchange!! (You cannot escape!! *cackles*) But yes, oh I LOVE Anata no Memory. There's so much love and want and just...everything is so much more emotional & beautiful & painful when things are uncertain & ephemeral--and I have that feeling when I read your story. God, I really hope things turn out all right. The scenes of Yunho and Jaejoong in Namwon were just utterly engrossing. So so much love and happiness and joy and hurt and comfort and two human beings who LOVE each other. Oh, oh. I really am so much in love with your writing, their dialogue, their happiness and sadness, the harshness of reality. I know for sure this talent you have--it's not a one time thing. :) I'm friending you because there's no way I'm not going to be updated on your writing ( ... )

P.S. I'm sure you know already, but at Berkeley there's no public hospital, at all. All we have is the Tang Center. It's not even a hospital, not like UCLA's Medical Center. I'm sure you wrote St. Stevens hospital for plot purposes, but I thought I'd just let you know. :)

Ahh, you found me. :) Actually, when you left such a wonderful comment in the jaeho_exchange LJ, I also raided your journal. XD But it was friends-locked, although I was able to read your public entries, particularly your poetry and wow. I really liked them! (but I couldn't comment. Not yet, anyway.) But now I can because I'm friending you baack. *huggles ( ... )

Hello iaminlalaland January 22 2008, 02:04:26 UTC
I just found out today that you are the writer for Full Circle, which I dearly love, in fact I had printed it out and reread it a few times, and since Full Circle was so wonderful to read, I was sneaking around your LJ to find some other good stuff and I wasn't disappointed with Anata No Memory even if it's not done. I love the story quite a bit, and read all eight chapters in one day, lol, which took a few hours let me tell ya!! but it helped me from being bored on the treadmill. I hope your writer's block can be gone soon so that you can continue the story. I no it's selfish of me to only wish your writer's block to be gone for my own entertainment but it's partly your fault for writing a great story and left me wanted more only to be hanging in limbo, lol. I really like the story quite a bit. Jae and Yunho seems to slowly starting to develop feelings for eachother, but if Jae moves the the state, then he would be right by where Chunnie is and then it would not be nice for Yunho since he would NEVER get in the way, but Jae ( ... )

Ahh, I want to hug you so much right now for visiting my journal and leaving such a wonderful comment. Thank you so much 1) for liking Full Circle, and 2) for reading AnM! No, it's not selfish of you, I really should be finishing this story too! Like you, I will be thinking positively! (that I can finish this soon. XD)

You're in the medical field? Waah, that's so cool. In earlier chapters I kept on writing, as an endnote, "I'm not a doctor, everything's just made up! TT_TT" and sometimes I wonder why I even came up with this story in the first place, when I have limited medical knowledge. But what I really wanted to explore was how people react to the news of their loved ones having an incurable disease, and how they deal with it. Anyway, thank you so much for reading the story, and I'm sorry in advance for the lack of updates. I will try my best to shoo away my writer's block! Thank you for the encouragement! :)

New reader here =D I just read all eight chapters of Anata no Memory (since someone asked for a link on the comm). I have to say that I am totally in love with this story. I actually read Full Circle before I read this, and I recognized the style.

AnM does remind me of 1 Liter of Tears, but mainly because the similarities in the disease. I don't know if you're familiar with it, or if its even a rule in other countries, but in the US there's something called patient confidentiality. I volunteer at the hospital so it's something I hear about a lot. Doctors aren't allowed to say anything about a patient's condition to anyone without prior consent (this includes family). The only people allowed to know are people who have to know (ie. other doctors). That was the only flaw I saw in the plot (I'm not even sure if it applies elsewhere). By the way, is Jaejoong's last name in the story Yoongwoong or Kim?

Hope you can update soon! <3

Ah, thank you for passing by my journal and reading AnM! (This really makes me happy. XD) Actually, I got the idea for this from 1LOT, although I haven't watched it yet. (I told myself I won't watch it until I finish this story, just so it won't influence my writing.) And no, I wasn't really that familiar with patient confidentiality, although I had the idea that doctors really aren't supposed to tell other people about his patient's condition. *head desk* (Sometimes I scold myself for coming up with a med-related fic when I have limited medical knowledge XD) But thank you so much for letting me know about this, this is a really helpful input! *writes it down in notebook* I will keep this in mind as I go finish the remaining chapters ( ... )
